Kettera advocates Australian AI and privacy practice, so the site is built to model it. This page is plain about exactly what is and is not collected.

The site itself

• Analytics are cookieless and privacy-respecting (Cloudflare Web Analytics). No cross-site tracking, no advertising pixels, no consent wall required.
• No account is needed to read anything here.

The Maturity Assessment (Phase 1)

When the assessment ships, it will operate to these rules:

• No organisation name, no free text ever enters a shared or aggregate scope. Benchmarking uses coarse segments only — sector, size band, and jurisdiction.
• The scoring logic is deterministic and published. AI is used only to explain results and draft starter notes, never to judge.
• Email is opt-in with explicit consent, used only to deliver your saved score and obligation-change nudges. We store a reference to your subscription, not a copy of your address shared anywhere it need not be.
• You can withdraw consent and have your record removed at any time.
